Apparently the QB from Coldwater, whom won the DV state title this year, is signing with Ashland. Kind of thought he may get a smaller DI school offer but congrats nonetheless

Seriously, how can you tell? Since I don't have any tats nor have witnessed anyone getting one, I don't know the protocol for getting them. I have a half sleeve. I'm not being a dick, just saying that the picture is of the mark up. So this is a tattoo from grant cobb - if that were real it would have solid black and bold colors. It's just a stencil, just curious if he ever posts a picture of the finished tattoo

Not sure if that was the players arm (the skin looks lighter toned), but I just did a quick google search and the tattoo looks like the stencil so I figured it was.
