Any CPA firm delivering services into Ohio would pay it; I assume normal nexus-related rules would apply.

....and if you truly think that this tax plan is regressive and hits the lower classes proportionally higher, tell me how many poor people employ CPA's?

Who said anyting about poor people employing CPA's? If you own a company why would you want to pay taxes to use an Ohio CPA firm if you can use one out of state? And yes, its a regressive tax, no question about that.

It depends on what the code defines as nexus for a service. I wouldnt be so quick to jump on that train yet.

I applaud Gov. Kasich for providing the means with which to turn Ohio around. I would expect that by this time next year Ohio will have turned the corner and will be in much better shape fiscally.

Funny stuff old John taking the credit, I am not buying. How do you explain that Ohio's recovery mirrors all the other state's recovery? Looks like we should be giving more credit to President Obama's administration. If old John would have had his way the auto industry would be half of what it is in Ohio now.
