The Hall of Fame inductees will be announced later today, of the 15 modern day finalist which 5 (or less ) do you pick. We all know that the selection process is flawed but lets here who you think will get in this year;

15 MODERN DAY NOMINEES

Larry Allen --Should be a lock

Jonathon Ogden-- another lock

Tim Brown

Chris Carter

Will Shields

Bill Parcells

Warren Sapp

Michael Strahan

Jerome Bettis

Andre Reed

Charles Haley

Kevin Greene

Aeneas Williams

Eddie DeBartalo JR

I think (hope) this is the year Carter finally gets in. I think Haley and Parcells gets in too, plus Allen and Ogden.

I did think Modell would get in, but I trust the voters will certainly realize he's done nothing to deserve to be in the Hall Of Fame. If by chance he is, I doubt anyone from the family shows up. Lol

Allen, Carter, Parcells, Strahan, and Sapp should be the 5. I thought they normally do 6?

I think Sapp and Strahan make the top 10, but I think Haley gets in over them slightly.

I can see that happening. Sapp and Strahan honestly shouldn't have to wait another year though. I hate how the HOF does it.

They take 5 from the modern-era list and the 2 senior candidates can be voted in as well. Curley Culp and Dave Robinson are the senior candidates this year.

5 modern day and up to 2 nominated by the old timers committee this year is Curly Culp DT and LB Dave Robinson

A list of 15 modern-era finalists have been narrowed to 10: Offensive linemen Larry Allen andJonathan Ogden; coach Bill Parcells; receivers Cris Carter and Andre Reed; running back Jerome Bettis, cornerback Aeneas Williams and defensive linemen Michael Strahan and Charles Haley.
There are also two senior nominees (former Kansas City Chiefs and Houston Oilers defensive tackle Curley Culp and former Green Bay Packers and Washington Redskins linebacker Dave Robinson.)
