I'm already watching WAAAAYYYY too many shows.
Showtime started showing every episode of
Dexter, from Season 1 to the new season (Season 8) starting June 30th. So every night I catch 4 episodes (recorded, watch whenever) and I LOVE it!
Other shows I'm watching right now...
- The Following - Kevin Bacon's new show on FOX. It's actually pretty good. The "star" of the show has to be James Purefoy (aka "Joe"). This guy's acting is outstanding.
- ZeroHour - Caught the pilot 2 weeks ago... I love "conspiracy" stuff, but the acting isn't that great and after 2 episodes I'm already thinking of dropping it from "my shows."
- Survivor: Caramoan - Easily one of the best Survivor seasons in history.
- The Office - Just end already, please. The Office has become nearly unwatchable. I'd say the ONLY reason I'm watching it at this point is to see how the series ends. I figure... I've made it this far, might as well finish.
- Tosh.0 - Not quite the same as it was 2 seasons ago, but Daniel is still hilarious and the show is still entertaining.
- Game of Thrones - Received Seasons 1 & 2 as a gift. Haven't started watching it yet, but have heard great things about it. Can't wait to get into it.
- Mad Men - Been trying to catchup on NetFlix Streaming, but it seems every time I try to, I end up watching 2-3 episodes and then stop watching. Not due to lack of interest, just usually stop for some odd reason.
- House of Cards - Have heard great things about this NetFlix original, and I really want to sit down and start watching, but I have too many shows on my plate at the moment to do so.
- Wilfred - Right now, new episodes aren't airing, but new episodes are slated to start in June. Easily the best show on television right now.
- The League - Perhaps the 2nd best show on television right now. New episodes won't start until June
- It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia - Perhaps the only show that has fallen more from grace is The Office. While the Office is nearly unwatchable now, Sunny is at least still enjoyable. New season starts September.
- Around The Horn & Pardon The Interruption - I've been watching these two shows since 2001 now. These two shows are my daily staples. Can't get enough Sports talk.
- WWE: Monday Night Raw - I know, I know... it's "wrestling" and "it's not real." There's no doubt about it, wrestling's "Golden Age" was the "Attitude / Monday Night War" era. Well, I'm hear to tell you something... wrestling is BACK. With The Rock, Cena, CM Punk, Ryback, The Shield, Brock Lesnar, Jericho, and now Triple H, the WWE is back and wrestling is now "entertaining" again. My only "beef" is it's waaaaay too long. Since when did RAW become THREE HOURS long?!? No reason it needs to be anything more than 2 hrs. Having it 3 Hrs long waters down the quality and hurts the overall production. As Colin Cowherd always likes to say, "Less is more..."
