I think hed make an interesting free safety project and would be a great special teamer in the meantime. That being said I wouldn't take hm any higher than 5-6 round

I see him as an SS, and definitely has the potential to succeed in the league if he can lay off the dope.

If he's a ss then he's way undersized. I can understand if he's a good cover guy or a good run stopper from the safety position but he's neither and has legal problems, no thanks. The only thing I do like him at is for special teams.
