Unwatchable. Not sure who thought it was a good idea to put Nicki Minaj on the show.

I checked in long enough to see what city they were auditioning in, and could only make it through a couple auditions. There's a young lady that auditioned in Charlotte(I believe) that is from Waverly, and she made it to Hollywood, so that is the only one I'll probably watch.Ironman92;1368597 wrote:It's rough....but watching some of it.

Which one? I had one of my former students tryout and went in front of the producers....but not the big wigs. She was pictured on tonight's show. She's the girl on the bottom right with her hands above her head....her sister right beside her.

I have never felt this way about a women ( I respect women) but I would love to punch that bitch Nicki Minaj in the throat.

Her name is Holly Miller, I guess there was a small clip of her tonight, but her audition is on one night next week I believe. She's extremely talented. She has a lot of Youtube videos you can check out.

I'm probably the only one who finds Nikki Minaj infinately more tolerable than Mariah Carey.
Some good sob stories last night though...led by Weeping Anorexic Girl and Stuttering Guy. One of those 2 will be on the live show for sure.

American Idol tried, once Simon left. I think their strongest (judge-wise) year (or was it years?) was when Kara Dioguardi was on. Last couple years have been awful. Nicki Minaj? Really?

I didn't mind the last couple years, but Nicki Minaj talking like a child and constantly arguing with Mariah is way too annoying.

This show was awful at its best.......hard to believe that it is now worse than it was before.
In all actuality, I'm happy that it is so bad. Maybe, just maybe, it'll get cancelled.

It took my daughter to remind me....but my daughter's team played at Waverly in the sectional finals of volleyball and Waverly had just been tragedy stricken as their top player's mom (who was a teacher in the district) tragically passed away. We did a moment of silence and then they had a student sing the National Anthem and she just made you shake your head in disbelief of how good this kid was.......it was Holly.

She just tweeted to watch till then end of the show to see if she made it to Hollywood. They don't tell them a whole lot about the shows, so it's possible they just show her with a ticket.
