random, but my friend lived in Akron right across the street from what was a giant cocaine bust last year. I lived on the same street as well about 6 blocks away.

In all seriousness, it's in a poor area. Cleaned up or not, houses are cheap here, because not that many people want to live here. Even the people who DO live here often don't want to.
