Yeah, I mean, I'm just not a fan of the "She was asking for it" argument. I know I wasn't there that night, but if she was drugged, and/or said simply "No".....she wasn't at all asking for it with her behavior.

I do hope he gets the justice that he's looking for.

This whole story is sickening. How can you give probation to those pieces of shit! I don't care if they are orange or purple, what they did do that girl is horrible. She is going to be scarred for life because of this and the boys are walking away. Sick.

This all sounds pretty ridiculous to me. The judge basically says the girl was asking to be gang raped. If this article is factually accurate (its background leads me to believe the reporting may be slightly skewed), this judge should lose his job.
