Draft Lottery is also tonight. Jackets have a 0.5% Chance, which probably means they will win it.

CBJ fans should also be rooting against LAK and NYR in the playoffs.

There was a team last year I think (could be wrong) that was undeafeated against the heat in the regular season and then got swept. Don't always read everything into reg season record. I was basing it off of the playoffs. Montreal in recent history has had their number. Should be a good series, but I expect Montreal to be victorious.
Well, when two teams have played once in the playoffs over the past few years (2009-10) (and twice overall, but I doubt a 1998 loss has anything to do with either team today) and one team wins 4-3, I guess that means...uh...well...something? I mean, I have trouble looking at a narrow series win from three years ago as "having their number" or anything overly meaningful to this year, but I could be wrong.

I SURE HOPE THE CLOCK DOESN'T GO BACK IN TIME THREE YEARS!!!!!

Anyone with a team in the playoffs up for an avatar bet? Last time I did one was with Rock and he ended up quitting the site over it.

Red Wings probably will beat the Ducks. The Blackhawks are another subject however

Colorado wins the draft lottery; I would be very surprised if they don't take Seth Jones.

Jackets will pick 14th (plus two others later, pending the Kings and Rags performance in the playoffs).

Doesn't matter if FLA or COL won, Florida is taking MacKinnon and Colorado is taking Jones

I know you're a caps fan...you live in the DC area? For as much as i can't stand their fans, their home games have a really good atmosphere

I live in hershey, it's about a 1:45-2 hr drive to dc. I actually haven't been to a caps game yet. I'm trying to go next year. For an AHL game the atmosphere for the beats games are pretty awesome

I saw them play boston on saturday, since it was the last game and meaningless to the caps the place was pretty empty. I got to see them play boston in the playoffs last year and the crowd was pretty much yelling and cheering the entire time even though they lost that game.

Only way Caps would play Boston this year though is in the conference finals, I would definitely buy a ticket to one of those games if that happened.
