I'm thinking they could drill/blast to create pressure reliefs (i.e. man-made volcanoes). There are already some naturally occurring pressure reliefs and run-offs, but obviously not enough to maintain permanent stability.Pick6;1359802 wrote:What could possibly prevent that?
