I was fortunate enough to spend a week in China in 2004 and got to eat the good stuff everyday. Any of the chicken dishes were delicious, got to have a Peking duck in Peking. Believe it or not one of the best things we had was donkey, it was very tender and reminded us a lot of roast beef. As far as the American stuff Honey chicken is very good and a spicy General Tso's will do for me everytime.

Peanut chicken and Chinese vegetable over white rice, side of lo mien, crab rangoon, a sweet roll to shove it on the fork (haven't quite mastered chop sticks yet!) and a steamy bowl of hot & sour soup.

Ummmmmmmmmmm.......donuts!
