It seems like there would be many issues to deal with, especially during inclement weather. Also, it doesn't seem like any of these houses are being built in residential areas. Sort of a self-fulfilling prophecy don't you think? People that buy these properties WANT to say how great they are so they can justify internally their erroneous beliefs.
