Maybe this doesn't need it's own thread like it would've circa 2008 on these forums.....but it's a damn shame we hear about the God Damn Jets and Tebow and Sanchez and Ryan and don't hear much about AP.

He's a freakin beast that is 30 yards from 2,000 and 136 from the all-time record and man is he running like a man on a mission.

Packers with a couple time consuming drives that will hurt his chances.

He's so fun to watch.

I really want the Vikings to win this game.

Eric Dickerson knows one bust through the line early in a drive and he's #2.

Who are the other 6?

1. Dickerson
2. Sanders
3. Terrell Davis
4. Jamal Lewis
5. OJ

6. Chris Johnson?

I thought Sanders was 2nd at 2065ish

I feel like AP has another big run left in him to make it very close. With the packers scoring AP is going to need to do everything he can.

This. ESPN needed to pay more attention to the seasons that AP and Megatron had, as they have been unprecedented and will probably be never broken again. Then again though, Minneapolis and Detroit aren't on the eastern seaboard

I don't like the TD call....mix in the 15 yard penalty and maybe they are getting some back from the Seahawks debacle.

It was either a TD or down at the 1 foot line. Definitely wasn't a fumble though.

It was called a TD and nothing conclusive that it was. Looked like the 8 inch line and add the 15 yard penalty.
