Its simple. The fear of losing is always a stronger emotion than the greed of winning. No matter your career aspirations or your career field, its always a harder leap for someone to make when history shows that the organization is heavy handed when it comes to firing people.like_that;1558737 wrote:

Sorry. but Chud had his chance and he blew it. The front office spent money on some free agents and they played like crap. They wasted 3 or 4 games with Weeden at qb and couldn't figure out Hoyer was better...much better. If that's how they evaluate players, then they suck. They got blown out by a very mediocre Pittsburgh team....twice. You don't think Chud was forced to play Weeden for the front office to evaluate him?
