Its simple. The fear of losing is always a stronger emotion than the greed of winning. No matter your career aspirations or your career field, its always a harder leap for someone to make when history shows that the organization is heavy handed when it comes to firing people.like_that;1558737 wrote:

Sorry. but Chud had his chance and he blew it. The front office spent money on some free agents and they played like crap. They wasted 3 or 4 games with Weeden at qb and couldn't figure out Hoyer was better...much better. If that's how they evaluate players, then they suck. They got blown out by a very mediocre Pittsburgh team....twice. The 4th quarter meltdowns were simply imexcusable.wes_mantooth;1558693 wrote:yeah, maybe...but Mangini wasn't their guy...at least I dont think he was. I pisses me off that you hire a guy then fire him when you didn't give him a chance. I have a lot of issues with Chud, but none were worth firing over in the first year. These two idiots running things didn't get him much in FA and they basically traded away the draft, so they didn't put him in the best position possible. Just my opinion
Hs team was garbage...and as far as I can see it...good riddance Chud.

lol do you have anything to prove that this is how every potential coach thinks?LJ;1558749 wrote:Its simple. The fear of losing is always a stronger emotion than the greed of winning. No matter your career aspirations or your career field, its always a harder leap for someone to make when history shows that the organization is heavy handed when it comes to firing people.

Child didn't have a QB you can't win in this league with Weeden and Cambell consistently. He didn't even have a chance.

You don't think Chud was forced to play Weeden for the front office to evaluate him? Chud knew Hoyer was the best option, that's why he jumped from 3rd to 1st string when Weeden was hurt.Footwedge;1558769 wrote:Sorry. but Chud had his chance and he blew it.
