I'm also saying cutler is option #2...not a pass completely. Preferably go get the franchise guy early in the draft. But if they decide they don't think there is a ugh worth drafting...then I'd go after a FA with cutler being tops on the list.

Gotcha. I'm fine with Cutler if they still are willing to take Teddy or Bortles if they are still there with the first pick. If they picked up Cutler (and didn't draft a QB or drafted one late), he would just lead the Browns to mediocrity, which is the worst place you can be in the NFL.SportsAndLady;1558369 wrote:This.

Well you're looking at Weeden/Campbell starting half of the games because Cutler is a puss who misses half the season every year, so it still probably wouldn't have been that great.

Not sure what Chud was supposed to do. Jason Campbell was his best option at QB....the most important position on the field, paired with a 3rd string guard and a corpse for a RB.

I have a feeling he is getting fired. Hopefully it is because they have a big name that wants to come in, and not because Haslam wants to do his best Al Davis act.
