I'm somewhat surprised. He's a lot calmer than I expected.

Leinart had been the #2, they just decided to see what TP had. Leinart actually started last week

Pros:
1 more TD than I expeected
First rushing TD for Raiders since week 7
Led a nice little comeback, even though they came a little short.
Raiders scored the most points they have since week 9
Cons:
Interception. I didnt see it, so not sure how much of his fault it was.
Completion %, nor yardage wasnt as good as I expected.
The Raiders are in complete disarray, and they were at least competitive today. I think he gets a shot to start next season.

I was going back and forth as well.
He had a solid day, a few misses here and there, but more than I expected for his first start.

Looks like he needs to trust his arm a little more, tried putting touch on nearly every throw when some of them he should have just let rip. That's what happened on the int, he was a little late because he didn't let it rip and tried to touch pass it in there, would have been another td if he put some heat on it.
