NBC 4 Columbus saying 6+ for most of the state, with areas that get all snow and no mix around 9-10".

The NAM always goes crazy with QPF. The Euro, that I've got through Accuweather Pro, is showing .81" of liquid, and with hopefully a 12:1 ratio we'll be golden. The thing that will make the difference is where that great DGZ sets up that gives us 12 or 13:1 ratios and along the lakeshore may see some lake enhancement as well. Crazy as that sounds, we've got the wind at a perfect angle off the lake out of the ENE to give us a little more fuel which would offset any possible loss of moisture due to intense convection down south during the storm

Still too early although it looks like its turning a bit earlier which would suck for Fairfield/Hocking/Athens counties.
Don't think rain line makes it past waverly although I could see a sleet/frz rain/snow storm for Columbus/Lancaster area with totals being down due to mixing.
Still think 4-5 is a good bet for Fairfield County.

I'd rather have snow than ice. The map that Joe Bradley just posted has a few inch difference between Pickerington and Lancaster

I should have clarified that 6-10 is what we will probably actually get. NAM still has us in 14-18" range. It's happened before...the storm of 2008 everyone was making fun of the NAM and it played out.

I think most are expecting wet, heavy snow, bringing ratios down, but bringing its own problems with it.

I'd love too. I'll see what's going on. Brother in law who's stationed in New Mexico gets in tomorrow. And they're only here till Sunday. So I gotta see what's going on.

If sleet mixes in then you'll probably be at 4-6", if you can stay all snow then 6-8"
