I think the debate was where you are allowed to smoke. Like you can legally stand in front of the door of a public place and not allow patrons inside without walking through the smoke but can not smoke within the walls of said public place.

I totally forgot about this one. This was actually one of the topics where my views on smoking in a restaurant changed as a result of the discourse on TOS.
