Classy, I see what you're saying here, but unfortunately giving automatic raises (regardless of performance, I'm assuming) results in shipping rates being increased at an alarming rate. I use UPS daily in my business, and I know that gas prices are the primary reason my rates increase, but labor costs also influence these added costs.
