Answer my question. You pile on rules here....but don't enforce them. Why?
LOL at you for thinking calling someone a liar breaks any rules.

Someone calls you a liar: Prove. Them. Wrong.

Someone calls you a simpleminded fuck: Name-calling.

I didn't realize a person had to be a card-carrying member of M.E.N.S.A. to understand simple logic...

Ummm, QCB isn't from Cincy. Also, we try to deal with issues without infracting/banning people first. There aren't many people that are in "jail" on here. You're not so why the fuck are you bitching? There. You deal with it.

Well, this topic has veered wildly off course. Let's try to save it.

The Browns, if they win out and no other team (i.e., the Bengals, Steelers, or Jets finish above 8-8), hold the tie-breaker against every team EXCEPT a head-to-head with the Bills. The Only the Jets, Bengals, and Steelers can finish ahead of the Browns' max 8-8.

So, the Browns need the Jets and Bills to at least lose one game each, and the Steelers and Bengals to lose two games each. In addition to going 3-0 the next three weeks.

First, Jets-Bills is the last game of the year. So, barring a tie, one team will lose. The Steelers and Bengals play, so barring a tie, one team will get their one of two losses. The Steelers would get one from the Browns if the Browns were to win out. So, that means two more losses needed. Either the Bengals lose to the Eagles, Steelers, or Ravens, or the Steelers lose to the Cowboys while beating the Bengals. Or, beating the Cowboys, but losing to the Bengals, who go on to lose to the Ravens.

Now, the Browns hold a tie-breaker over San Diego if both were to finish 8-8. So, San Diego is not a concern. Now, here's the matchups with the east:

Either Buffalo or Miami will have 9 losses because they play in week 16. The Bills and Jets play in week 17 (guaranteeing the Bills 9 losses or the Jets have 8 losses). if the Jets and Bills are tied at 8-8 (i.e., the Bills beat the Jets), then that means the Bills also defeated Miami (making them 7-9 at best). Bills and Jets are 1-1 H2H, but the Bills will be 3-3 in Division, while Jets will be 2-4 in Division. This means Browns vs. Bills for the tie-breaker, which head-to-head goes to the Bills.

However, this is an exception. if the Chargers also go 8-8, which means they also beat the Jets. Which means the Bills hold the best remaining seed in the AFC East. But, that would make a three-way tie between the Bills, Browns, and Chargers. So, we go to the three-team tie-breaker. Neither of the three had a head-to-head sweep, or head-to-head winless amongst the three. So, we move on to the next tie-breaker.

Browns (5-5 currently) would have two more wins (7-5)
Chargers (5-5 currently) would have two more wins (7-5)
Bills (4-6 currently) would have two more wins (6-6).

That would eliminate the Bills from contention. Which would revert it to a two-team tie-breaker. Which the Browns hold head-to-head via a 7-6 win earlier this year.

That is the only way the Bills can go 8-8 and the Browns still beating them at the tie-breaker.

So, for Browns fans, here's the game plan:

Thursday: Eagles over Bengals (not a must win)
Sunday: Browns over Redskins (MUST WIN)
Sunday: Cowboys over Steelers (not a must win, UNLESS Bengals beat Eagles)
Sunday: Seattle over Buffalo (not a must win)
Sunday: San Diego over Carolina (not a must win)
Sunday: Denver over Baltimore (not a must win, but can help if Denver has little chance getting about #4 seed, also would mean Browns@Ravens in first round if Ravens secure #3)
Monday: Titans over Jets (not a must win)

Week 16
Sunday: Cleveland over Denver (MUST WIN)
Sunday: Miami over Buffalo (not a must win, but important if Jets and Bills won in Week 15)
Sunday: San Diego over NY Jets (not a must win, but important if Jets or Bills won in Week 15)
Sunday: Cincinnati vs. Pittsburgh (if both lose Week 16, outcome only requires one to lose. If one loses Week 15 and other wins Week 15, than the Week 15 winner must lose this game)

Week 17:
Sunday: Browns over Steelers (MUST WIN)
Sunday: Ravens over Bengals (only necessary if Bengals won over Steelers or Eagles)

Aside from the Bengals/Steelers requirement of must lose two each, the nightmare scenario is this:

Jets beat the Titans and Chargers, while the Bills beat the Seahawks and Dolphins. This would make the Jets 8-7 and the Bills 7-8. If the Jets win, they're 9-7 and we can't make the playoffs. if the Bills win they're 8-8 and because the Chargers have lost to the Jets, they cannot save us in a three-way tie-breaker, we lose out and Buffalo gets the #6 seed.

So, it's not as simple as Bengals and Steelers losing two each. We need the Jets and Bills to both lose once each. One of them is guaranteed to lose (barring a tie).

In the end, we just need to get through this week alive to really begin to pick apart individual game scenarios. Bengals losing Thursday will be a huge step in that direction.
