After proclaiming her engagement to heiress Casey Johnson on Dec. 9, the MTV reality star tweeted her latest "big announcement" on Sunday: "I am going to become a SURROGATE MOTHER for my brother and his Wife!!...That is my xmas present to them," she writes. "I'm pregnant!!!"

It is actually not all that uncommon for a woman to be a surrogate for her brother/other family member. Her sister in laws egg was probably fertilized and then implanted.
