When did I sign up for poverty? It’s not my problems I didn’t create poverty, I didn’t add to anyone poverty, I had nothing to do with others misfortune, I didn’t bang you or your sister, I didn’t abandon the kids, I didn’t prevent anyone from getting a education, learning or training, I didn’t make anyone a felon and you're out of work because?

So now tell me again why wealthy have to pay more taxes for what was others responsibility, obligation, opportunities and decisions.

What I did sign up for is my person achievements, goals, rewards and ambitions. What I did sign up for was to pick myself up when down and work to be a provider and accomplish my dreams. What I did sign up for was to be prosperous citizen and proud American.

When I make profit others benefit, when government takes from successful individuals nobody benefits. When government limits individuals potential to achieve that affect everyone. If you have every lived under government programs you are poor or fail and stop trying. When you live outside the government failure programs you prosper or fail but try again.

Gosh a ruddies, the government has given you the ability to make all your money. You need to release greed, selfishness and bigotry and seek redemption.

thank you for an expression of social darwinism the I got mine, screw you philosophy that will infects the Republican and libertarian parties. Its too bad for you that you live in a nation committed to "promote the general welfare of its citizens."

Secession is still an option or emigration.

If isidore worked hard to make alot of money, he would be whistling a different tune.
gosh a ruddies 'We the people...to promote the general welfare...to ourselves and our posterity... do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."
The founders gave a purpose and wrote a document that was flexible enough to provide for the needs of a changing society.

When you spend $3 trillion on poverty, guess what, you purchase $3 trillion worth of poverty.

It is time to begin the systematic defunding of government.

Thats true, that doesn't apply to isadore. He believes people are helpless and can't help themselves. His ideas hold the poor back and keep them trapped in poverty. Quite a shame.

Gosh a ruddies who make up these “poor.” Gosh children, the old and the disabled, throw in single mothers and we have the enormous bulk of the poor, you are so quick to lead to pain and starvation. I guess its natural for scrooge to show himself at this time of year.

Another Beltway demonstration in economics on how when you subsidize something, you get more of it.

I know. It is heartless that you want to keep people in poverty while I want to get them out of poverty.

And you do know Scrooge ends up being a good guy at the end?

yes you would prefer to follow scrooge's original solution for the poor, die and decrease the excess population.
scooge is redeemed when he gives his money to support the poor.

Yes when HE gives his money and help through charity just like me. We want to help people. You want to suppress people.

Well then, it looks as though you owe your ( and your mon's) entire life to the socialist government welfare system. It sounds like you would have starved without it.

You should be the Obama poster child of welfare, a one eyed patriot dream story if you will. :)

You did exactly what you were supposed to do. That is, be motivated enough that you were willing to work hard and get out of the hell hole of a life that you were living.

Congrat's!! I think you should be proud to pay you taxes and share your wealth with the lazy and less fortunate.

You are right though. You did not sign up for anrything. You were born in it. That whay the USA is the greatest Country on the planet. Just because you were born here now means that you will not starve to death, and have heath care when you need it.

You should thank YOUR PRESIDENT!

Welfare for my mom and I was temporary support system. Agreed it did provide the basic needs but was never the long term solution. Even back in the 50/60 some of the families where two generation of welfare entitlement. Trapped by the government for use of the government.
We got out of the welfare system and prospered.
I saw the waste, corruption and manipulation of the system. Social welfare programs are wasteful and everyone who works within the system knows it. Why would a tax paying prosperous citizen want to support wasteful, corrupted and incompetent government departments. I did work my way out of poverty just to piss away on failure government programs. I buy smart and spend wise take can not be said of government.
