Defense optional between Minnesota and Texas Tech. 24-24 in the third

I was surprised that TT has more bone heads than Minnesota. Gophers usually have that one covered.

What are you talking about? Only the best of the best can wear the B1G moniker. The B1G fields the smartest, brightest, and most athletic thugs in big time college football.Gardens35;1352174 wrote:I was surprised that TT has more bone heads than Minnesota. Gophers usually have that one covered.

lmao @ B1G officials in the Sun Bowl. Called a FG good, but it clearly was not and they had to review it and take 3 Kiffy points off the board.

I think a stat came on during this game that said the last time a preseason #1 lost at least 5 games was Ole Miss in 1964.Classyposter58;1354115 wrote:Wow the preseason #1 is about to lose the Sun Bowl and go 7-6. Lane Kiffin should be fired. USC looks so disinterested, GT is not a good football team.

It's just crazy that 6 of those teams are now unranked, heck Michigan got a preseason first place votesherm03;1354117 wrote:I think a stat came on during this game that said the last time a preseason #1 lost at least 5 games was Ole Miss in 1964.

USC is living evidence that collecting 5* players doesn't win you games.

It wasn't even as close as 14 points. GTech is by far the better team and could have won by 30-40 points.Mohican00;1354156 wrote:I definitely did not see USC losing to GT by 14.

This LSU/Clemson game is the best bowl I've watched.
24-22 LSU ball and lead 2:47 left...Clemson all timeouts.
Rooting for a last second FG by Clemson

Also hoping Clemson somehow pulls this off. If it wasn't for the blocked PAT earlier, this is a 24-24 game.Ironman92;1354292 wrote:This LSU/Clemson game is the best bowl I've watched.

WTF is Miles calling? Clemson didn't have to burn a timeout at all (so they still have all 3) and have plenty of time to get into FG range

Typical Les Miles and LSU. Gets the benefit of a blocked PAT earlier, completely moronic game management near the end of the game, but they'll get a stop here somehow and still win.
