My friend has a blue pit named Dexter. He's fucking awesome, great dog.

That being said, I'd never own one.

My sister has gotten three pit bulls from Measles Rescue in Columbus. They have all been the most gentle, loving dogs you could ask for.

Center for Disease Control statistics on dog bites with measurements of the number of dogs per breed. Pit Bulls are bad news for families with children - but look at the Rotties! One fourth the number of injuries, but only one tenth as many as pit bulls,
