OSU is really pumping a lot of money into building new start of the art buildings and hiring the best professors money can buy. 20 years from now we'll be the New England Patriots of college sports and Harvard will known as "The Ohio State of the East". A water cooling/heating plant I'm pretty sure. They're building four of them on campus I think. Are you talking about the new (still under construction) cancer hospital? That thing is pretty ridiculous. I was able to take a tour of that this Summer before they started putting up a lot of the exterior walls.
