It is. But Flacco isn't very good. Terrible pocket awareness, accuracy isn't all that great, I don't think he uses his movement enough, etc. Sure he has shit plays being called for him but still. He isn't in the "elite" category IMO.

His pocket awareness used to be down right awful but it has improved a lot. He is decently accurate. He throws a lot of passes that should be caught that aren't. I don't think he is elite either. I just know he's closer to the top than the bottom.

Probably upper part of the middle (that sounds stupid but fuck it) as far as rankings go I think.

I think until there's big changes (and who knows if those would be positive or negative in their results) I fear you guys are going to continue being good pretty much every year but failing to achieve the end goal. Which sucks for Ravens fans (though probably seems like a first world problem to Browns fans).

Of course I don't think Batch if he were actually our starter would count as the worst in the league so what do I know.

HOw batch reacted after the game lets us remember that these guys are human beings. I think he realized that steeler football is so important to the region and that he, and the RBs, failed the team last week and he had some redeeming to do.

Never underestimate a man with something to prove, especially when no one else believes he can do it.
