Yeah, but short yardage with all your timeouts and in FG range, why take that risk? Shurmur took points off the board by taking a shot at the end zone instead of running the ball with a good chance of getting a first down, and if you don't then we walk away with 3. Not to mention he is averaging 3.6 Y/A. That could be an NFL record low. He has completed 9 passes, and 7 of them have been for 8 or fewer yards ha!
