Also to be noted: The Championship team beat the turnaround team. The turn around team demolished the only team to put a blemish on the Champioship teams regular season record.

In a hypothetical, Chippewa "could" win the STATE title, Bohley could be State COY, but not WCAL COY.

The Chipps have had a great year, but unfortunately I think it all comes to an end this week at the hands of Coldwater.

...and Bohley ABSOLUTELY should have been given the COY award!

if I was a betting man I would agree with you on the chipps season ending this weekend. However everyone bet Norwayne season would end agianst orrville then girard and no way they could beat Johnstown. Kenton not a chance........ State Champs!!

not trying to get cared away or anything just saying seen crazier things happen.......

P.S. Not lobbying for the chipps being a state champ team just saying they got a chance agianst anyone at any given night. They are all kids who ALL put there pants on one leg at a time

Good luck Chipps!!

I love it because right about now your mind is just racing. I ALWAYS have an eye on the fence huggers!

Speaking of the "campfire"....Did your son enjoy it?

Look at it this way...you have one more season to show your "support" for him and it's all over.....
Hold up. We need to revisit this post.

I nominate it for the creepiest, most ominous post of the year.

I'm not worried.

95 % of those at the game were wearing hoodies & hats.

We were buying skittles at the concession stand & cutting thru a dark residential neighborhood enroute to Wcalfan's house for the campfire.

What could go wrong ?

I have signed my name and everyone knows me.

However, I think its high time that I make a new mysterious account to remain anonymous.

Unfortunately someone got taken to school all right, but it wasn't Kenton.

Triway had good chances early, but couldn't capitalize & once Kenton got rolling they never stopped.

Good luck to the Chipps tonite, hope they keep Wayne county in the playoff race.

Coldwater called the dogs off early. The Final score was 49 - 21 .......... Coldwater was on the 3 yard line @ the end of the game, but playing with class, decided to take a knee several times to run the clock out.

The point is that some teams have ethical coaches that know when a game is truly over & don't run the score on up against a hapless opponent, just to pad their team or an individual players stats.

(And no I'm not calling the "Chipps" hapless before you guys start in on me !)

The Chipps were hapless against Coldwater, everybody in the WCAL & Orrville would have experienced the same beatdown. Definitely classy on the part of Coldwater not to drop a 70-0 bomb on Doylestown.

not surprised rrfan doesn't understand.

Nice season Chipps.

actually, you did....note the last 4 words you typed.

and I didn't bash you. You're the one who stated you missed the point and I merely stated that wasn't a surprise to me. I'm of the opinion that you often miss the point of posts.

as far as me not being classy...I'm okay with it. I've been called worse by better.

I wouldn't have thought them less classy for 80-0 as long as they were just playing normal football.

I guess I'm not classy.

Your are right, ....Hmmm. Should of been COY. Really did not follow the season that close, can you recap for me as to who they beat and who they lost to? From what I hear they beat teams that were not very good an got out coached in games that were winnable. 6-4 is very respectfully an I will sa:)y great job!!! Be happy Man!
