They are in the things that are relevant to any treatment at all. Being a "troll" isn't against the rules, so whether you're a passive aggressive troll or a blatant troll doesn't matter. In a nutshell, unless something changed, nobody gives a shit whether or not someone is a troll or what kind of troll they are. I think the worst, most annoying trolls are the passive aggressive ones, but if they're not breaking any rules, I don't think anyone is going to do anything about them. Same applies to anyone else who you or I might find annoying.

I've named plenty of instances in this thread where the rules are being broken. All those could, indeed, be seen as personal attacks, perhaps, but they could also not be. Describing someone (ie calling them a name) isn't necessarily an attack. It may be up for discussion, but that hasn't happened yet. "Go fuck yourself" was a specific example of something that had, beyond any doubt, been asserted as a personal attack. Even if they are, your posts here aren't pointing those kinds of actions out. They're pointing out "being mean" and "using the fuck word." Why would you point out things that aren't rule issues?
