I've never heard someone say OSU/UM wasn't a rivalry anymore.

What I don't understand is why Hoke doesn't seem very involved in the game in terms of playcalling, etc. He doesn't even wear a headset. I have told many of my friends that are fans of Michigan that I think Hoke is much better than Rich Rod, but that he still isn't the right coach for Michigan.

He lets his OC run the offense. His DC is on the sideline with him. When he wants to talk to the OC, he puts a headset on. People make too much of this.

So I guess he is still able to make the final call on playcalling if he wishes.
