Anyone caught this yet? Episodic documentary about people who meet people online.

The girl on there now met a dude who claimed to be a model who was attending med school online (really plausible) and was a writer for that dumbass Chelsea Lately show. She was shocked when the show's hosts took her to meet him and "he" was a huge bull dyke woman who lived in a shanty. Good god America is dumb lol.

It's a good show. You should checkout the catfish documentary though.

I would have thought fake but I know a girl who did this. She had a really bad last couple of years of high school. Her dad died from cancer her jr year. Her sr year she broke up with the guy she had dated throughout high school and he went nuts. Her ex called her and when she didn't awnser left a message saying he was gonna kill himself and then went and sit in a lawn chair and let a train hit him.

She was really messed up from this. It was when aim was really popular and she created an alter ego and began dating some guy online. It lasted a good 8-9 months before she finally broke it off with the guy. She never did revel to him that she wasn't who she said she was.

I saw the movie a year or so ago. It was pretty interesting. I watched the show; again seemed interesting.

I'll keep watching if nothing else, than to watch the embarrassment.

Yeah it's pretty funny. From the preview it seems like a couple might actually turn out to be who they say they are. This weeks is a female stripper talking to a supposed male stripper.

Haha I am addicted to what a train wreck the people on the show are. Real world San Diego makes this season so entertaining.

This show has become unwatchable. There's no way these people can truly believe they're talking to the person they think they are. I saw one where this goofball "believed" he was talking to a model, and there was supposedly this elaborate network of people in on this fake profile.

I've seen most of the episodes and even the movie from a few years ago. Some of the people on the show are beyond weird. My favorite was the really, really fat chick who thought she was talking to a guy even though she admittedly had been with girls before. Turns out, she was actually talking to a girl who was going through surgery/hormone replacement to become a guy. It was bizarre.

The funny thing about that fat chick was that she accepted the transgender and they were getting ready to move in together.

Haha, I just watched that one. If I was the guy and that gay black guy walked out I would have punched him. I'm kinda surprised he didn't.
