Obama should be a good eeeeevil neo-con and have South Korea invade. Exactly. Then we should have South Korea come here and wash my car and wipe my ass while they're at it, because apparently they serve us. Maybe a little too far.
He is just like every other President, if he can't get anything through Congress, pass an Executive Order, which is only as good as when the next guy comes in.
So, King not really.
It is just the reality of the modern Presidency.
If he is a king, then so was Reagan and W.
