It is being treated as a serious story in the media right now, and has enraged the liberal base of the Democrat party.
I thought some here might be amused by it.

When liberal hollywood writers and directors do similar no one ever says a peep.believer;1408693 wrote:I'm amused that the liberal base of the Democrat party has no sense of humor about this.
That picture looks more like an homage to the Emperor than anything else.
And, newsflash: "hoodies" have been a device to depict bad guys in movies for years - where do they think the term "hoods" comes from (ok, probably not)? Next thing you know the Pope is going to be racist for wearing a white robe and pointy hat.

[h=3]Triplett Warns Obama's Climate Change Rules May Hurt American Energy Revolution.[/h]In an opinion piece for the Washington Times (4/2, Triplett), William C. Triplett II, the former chief Republican counsel to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, writes about the how "the American shale revolution" in 2012 has positively affected large parts of the country. For instance, he says, the Eagle Ford shale play "pumped $61 billion into the South Texas economy in 2012 and supported 116,000 jobs." He cites similar examples from Marcellus and Bakken fields. However, Triplett warns that "havoc is on the horizon" if President Obama goes ahead with his plan to require Federal agencies to take into account climate change before approving any major projects, saying it would slow down every pipeline and encourage green groups "to challenge every decision in court, bringing the entire process to a complete halt. When National Association of Manufacturers Vice President Ross Eisenberg tells Bloomberg News this prospect 'has got us very freaked out,' he's not exaggerating."

The last point is the most apt, how the DEMS managed to corner the market on both the overeducated and undereducated is indeed some accomplishment. I'm not sure what the typical Yale law professor has in common with the racial minorities forced to attend failing public schools - but certainly they will support anyone with a Donk by their name.

It's really quite simple. In order to be and feel 'elite', you need to have someone be dependent and subservient to you and your designs. Hence the need to expand the dependency class.
Recently, Dr Ben Carson called the white liberal elite the real racists. In actuality, Allen West was more accurate when he called them "slavemasters" because it cuts across racial lines...manipulation and dependency is not exclusive to black people. The racist attitudes of the elite flow from their belief that black people by virtue of their color should think and act in accordance with liberal elite designs.. Blacks that think outside their box are viciously demonized.

Obama economic policy: put Bush's failed policies on steroids, and add some new failures of your own to go with trillions more debt.wkfan;1419125 wrote:Doesn't anyone in Washington realize that this very philosophy is what caused the housing 'crisis' and began the most recent economic downturn that we all suffered from?

Let's see.....the market took 5 1/2 years to get back to where it was in Oct 2007......and unemployment averaged 8 % plus. Those are numbers to be proud of for sure.

The market would be in the shitter with the rest of the economy if not for unprecedented monetary stimulus. The market hit 14000 not because of anything postive, economically, Obama has done but because of record low interest rates and tremendous growth in the money supply. It's nothing more than an asset bubble, and not some sort of accomplishment for Obama to hang his hat on.Devils Advocate;1419219 wrote:This.
