Confirmed by Dispatch...He will be at the shoe with his team at the Michigan game.

I love this and will say here that he will get a 5 minute standing ovation by the buckeye crowd for his accomplishments on the football field.

9-1 against that team up north!

He's also got more vacated BCS bowl wins than ND has BCS bowl wins x 3 trillion.

For the record, I like Jim Tressel and feel he was a good man that took the grenade for the program.

That being said, its ironic that Tressel will be on the field celebrating the anniversary of a National Championship during a season in which his actions may directly affect the chances of THIS team playing for a National Championship.

I'm torn on this one. I'm forever grateful for the championship, but I get angry every time I think about what he and the Tat 5 did

I'm glad he'll be there.

I don't hate coach Tressel, most OSU fans I know feel the same way.

i'm questioning his girl-like emotions.. what are you a girl or something?

20 years from now, we will look back at young kids trading valuables for ink and say - damn we are STILL angry. Lets stand up to trading gold & valuable memorabilia for ink. Let's trade gold for cash and buy the ink and keep the 1000s left of because your trading freaking gold for a god blessed inked tat.

Yup we're undefeated and we have no chance at a title because of that group.

How should I feel about this?

While I do believe anything can happen, I don't think OSU is national title material right now anyway.

I'm not angry at all. Without the tat incident and JT's dismissal we wouldn't be on the path we are right now. It was a bittersweet situation, but right now I'm cool with results so far.

The only thing that actually gets me "angry" is seeing that putz Gene Smith continue to represent tOSU.

Glad to see Tress will be there! I still believe he fell on the sword to minimize the sanctions against the University.

Look, I don't care if Tressel kill somebody(everybody kills people, remember?), I love Jim Tressel. A champion, a leader, a buckeye; love the guy. I'm highly considering getting tickets to the game even if they are $10,000 just for the opportunity to cheer for JT(and let's be honest Krenzel).

Is MoC going to be there?

I won't be surprised if Clarett gets a few boos.

It's kind of depressing that it's been 10 years since OSU held the crystal ball. Even more depressing is this year could be the year but we are ineligible for everything. Meyer will win 2 National Championships with the Buckeyes; book it!

Good. Put him on the ring of honor. Those that are saying Tressel cost this team a shot need to understand that Meyer would not be here if not for those Tressel actions. It's a cause and effect. For his leadership, Tressel should be celebrated. Contrary opinions have no merit.
