You did not suggest another opinion, you attempted to attribute another opinion to someone else by falsifying a post they made. There is no 'constitutional right' to impugning others by altering their written words; in fact it is illegal to do so. Hence, post # 1040 must come down also.

Actually, I consulted an attorney over this specific example. Because there is no documented expectation of legal accuracy, this is as prosecutable as lying to your wife about what your mother said about her.
