I dunno. He's already maintaining all the countries that W invaded (Iraq and Afghanistan), plus he's already done so to Yemen, Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and South Sudan. There's only so much to go around. I was under the impression that we're actually winding down in Iraq and Afghanistan. Dont we have a plan to be out of Afghanistan by 2014 and out of Iraq at the end of 2011? We've been "winding down" for awhile.
