Maybe, but Seinfeld and Friends were pretty great. Wasn't as big of a Friends fan, but it was still a pretty funny show. But Seinfeld was the GOAT long before TV Guide immortalized it as such, and for that reason alone, Must-See TV takes the cake.

As for Frazier, while never a regular watcher, the humor, while certainly more high-brow, was really outstanding. Tremendous writing and acting. You either got it or you didn't. The same can be said of Seinfeld. Some people hate it because they just don"t "get it," they couldn't wrap their tiny heads around a show about nothing, which boggles my mind.

What?? No mention of The Hoff?? Baywatch baby!!

Great thread, some awesome nominations here. Sopranos, Game of Thrones, Perfect Strangers ... fantastic! Balky was a pimp, always stealing Cousin Larry's trim.

I might throw in the theme from Dallas. Nothing particularly outstanding about it, aside from the horns are instantly recognizeable and kind of iconic.

If this was just the theme song itself you've got a strong contender.

Anyway, some love for the 'Hoff:

One of my first "crushes." Joey Potter. I have to admit, loved The Creek.

Haha, there's no shame in it. It was a great show. Although, I was a Jen fan.

She was awesome.

The best introduction into a TV theme song/intro is obviously CSI Miami!
