Those NCAA rules also for the NFL? Or is NFL only the Grounding penalty??Sonofanump;1313314 wrote:NCAA- Illegal kicking, batting (except backwards pass still in the air), handing a ball forward beyond the line of scrimmage, illegal touching of a forward pass by a play who has gone out of bounds on his own, illegal forward pass beyond the line of scrimmage, planned loose ball play (Nebraska Rule), intentionally throwing the ball backwards out of bounds to conserve time.
NFHS- Add OPI.

The forward pass beyond the line, illegal kick and interfering with a fair catch are the ones I see in their rule book. </SPAN>Laley23;1313331 wrote:Those NCAA rules also for the NFL? Or is NFL only the Grounding penalty??

I don't think that's a false start. Isn't that an illegal procedure penalty?Sonofanump;1313311 wrote:There exist two types of false start. One before the snap, the other is a player never setting in position for a second before the snap occurrs and that foul only becomes a foul at the snap.
