I'm mostly speaking about the obvious incompetence of President Obama and the fact that if he wins, throw out the book on trying to fix this country. Plus, consider what potential immigration form might further do for that voting bloc.
If Romney loses, I think Rubio is a big early favorite for the Repubs. That will dictate someone like Castro to try to negate the impact on a key consistuency for the Dems.

Obama's policy opinions are pretty much the opposite of the austerity measures that have been implemented (to terrible effect) in Europe. Honestly...I don't think he'll be ready till 2020. But I have heard he is going to run for Gov. of Texas
