At this point, I don't care about the K's if he hits 25+HRs and knocks in 80,.... it'll be a huge upgrade over what we've had. He does have that potential.

Wow, Reds really going all in for this year as I don't think they could possibly keep Choo beyond this year.

They will be thrilled to get rid of Stubbs though, as I did see plenty of complaining about him from them.

Stubbs needs a new home and hitting coach. Strikes out way too much. He has crazy potential.
Gregorious is going to be a very nice player. I'd be sad to see him go, but is do this deal over and over

maisel tweeted that the tribe would feature the 2012 strikeout kings from both leagues in stubbs and reynolds if the deal goes through. so there's that

I still think we end up trading drubs to Arizona. I really want Skaggs. But the Indians want Skaggs and Bauer lol

Not looking for "pretty good" when you trade one of your best players. That's what the Indians did with Lee, Sabathia, and Vmart and look where this team is now.

He has 1 year left he's as good as gone after this year (boras agent). Lindor is the tribes best prospect and he is a ss. He's still at least a year or 2 away though. They could end up trading gregorious to Arizona also for Skaggs and Bauer which I would absolutely love.

Stubbs could just need a change of scenery like Phillips. He has a ton of talent though Francona could do him wonders

The Reds need another reliever or another bench bat, preferably an infielder. I'd imagine the second player in the deal might go that route...

Offer to Swisher still out there, but the longer it stays that way, the more likely someone else will swoop in an sign him. A lot of teams are looking to see where Hamilton goes, and if they can't land him then Swisher becomes their 'back up plan'. Tribe needs to nail him down, NOW...or they will lose the bidding war.

Agree with this. Give him a couple more bucks and let's get that deal done.

Honestly, I can see this shaping up. Don't catch too many Reds games, is Stubbs better defensively than Brantley? I doubt it but I could be wrong. I would imagine Stubbs going to left. Brantley in center. Swisher in right. Chiz, Cabrera, Kipnis and Reynolds around the infield with Santana behind the dish? Some decent starting pitching and if our bullpen can be lights out again....that team can win the division right there.

It looks like we might be able to swing gregorious to Arizona for Bauer. So really we would be trading choo for Bauer and Stubbs. Pretty damn good in my book
