One thing I never understood when I lived in Columbus -- why did neighborhoods pick a day to designate for Trick or Treating? Halloween is on Oct. 31, and always will be. I remember kids trick or treating in Columbus hoods like on the 29th, WTF??!

Speaking of Halloween, tonight I saw some self described redneck, right-wing, conservative, Christian (who I describe as a nut job) ranting on Facebook about ho people who let their kids celebrate Halloween were idiots because it was a Pagan holiday that would corrupt their kids. Not only that but he couldn't wait until their kids grew up to be unhealthy and obese from the candy they received by trick or treating and his kids have more fun every other day of the hear than everyone else's, therefore dont need Halloween, lol.

And he was serious. What the hell is wrong with people? I grew up in a conservative, Christian home but my parents definately didn't see the harm in Halloween. And guess what? I didn't grow up to be a fat, diabetic, satanic serial killer.

^^And you can sit back and watch his kids turn into anti social outcasts who can't function in real life. Your kids get candy, his kids get screwed. ;)

Then they go ahead and replicate the Pagan ritual of putting up a Christmas tree, right? haha, love hypocrisy ...

Eh, actually someone brought this up to him and he said he has some Christmas rants which are even better than the Halloween ones.

IMO, yes HW began as a Pagan ritual but it's been long enough to be safe to say that it has evolved into its own contemporary thing. I doubt many kids know or give a crap about Pagans. It's not a pagan ritual anymore. It is what it is. Kids dress up and get candy.

And one night of eating a few kit-Kats isn't going to send your metabolism into an out of control spiral. Some people love to be over the top just to spite themselves.

What does the tiara's have to do with rock, paper and scissors? Really stupid and looks like you put very little effort into making the costumes.

Just trying to help.

I'm pretty sure the tiaras say "rock" "paper" and "scissors" on them. At least the one on the left says rock. It's hard to tell with the shitty photographer.

I agree with the shitty photographer. What could have been a great fapping photo is nothing but a blurr.
