Yes it does and no they shouldn't be using it. The black people that use it are ignorant and the white people that use it are ignorant as well. Both deserve whatever comes their way for saying it.

The N bomb really doesnt bother me at all depending on the context its used in. If you are TRYING to offend me with it, chances are itll be obvious and Itll obviously bother me. Also if you drop the "er" form of the word obviously its gonna bother me. Other than that I think its stupid when my friends get pissed about someone using the word
