Being offended doesn't grant you any additional rights. I don't know why people think they should be immune to being offended.

Would it be inappropriate and unproffessional to do so? Yes. Would I throw a fit about it? no

Can't believe the Torg faced ESPN's wrath, but Screamin A. Smith is going to walk

I'm glad. However, I think you'd be the exception.

I never understood this. To me, that's one of the stupidest things I've heard of. Who gives a fuck if someone says it with an 'er' or an 'a'. It's the same damn thing.

I first thought that read:

if john clayton dp linda kohn i would laugh hysterically. Mind tricks.

It is absolutely is one of the dumbest arguments used by ignorant blacks when called out. The word is ignorant bottom line. If it had been a white host they would have been fired immediately. Now you see why a lot of blacks feel they are "entitled", this shit burns me up.

LOL at Stephen Smith wearing reading glasses on TV today in order to appear articulate after saying "nigga" on national television. Lulz. In terms of edification, The Stephen A Smith Show is one pace ahead of Kenan & Kel. Fire the dickhead already.

Fox Sports writer Jason Whitlock, an African American and a moron, demands that Stephen Smith apologize for his latest use of the word "nigga" -- which Smith is accused of having said once on the air of ESPN before -- and believes Smith should also be suspended by the network. (Whitlock, though, says the suspension should only be for three or four days, which I disagree with and think should last until Smith has died.) Here's an interesting thought from Whitlock's piece, and something that struck me as ridiculous as well:
I’m not going to waste a lot of time breaking down the weakness of Smith’s latest denial. He dropped the N-word. The audio and video speak for themselves. Smith’s laughable denial — saying he's from New York and sometimes speaks too "fastly" — doesn’t even attempt to explain what he said if not “n---a, please.”
Seriously, what does Smith want us to believe he said instead of "nigga, please"? Did he just utter "shut the front door, please" entirely too fast that we all just missed it? Well, the answer to that is a simple fuck no. Man up, you fool.

I think that him, Skip, McNabb, and that damn Jemele Hill should debate his actions. Odd are that McNabb and Jemele will find a way to blame it on white people, and that Skip will find a way to bring Tebow into the conversation.

Likely. Jemele hill is blatantly racist. Can't stand her. Must be related to Lauryn(sp?) hill

Who cares, it's only a word. You would think that some of the people bitching would be more worried about finding a job.

So Stephen A. is protected by ESPN like us ND fans are protected by the mods on the OC?

Welcome to the good life, Stephen!

You can't fire a black person. Then you'd have Jesse Jackson and al Sharpton up your ass.

Al Sharpton is going to put an entire fucking cartridge in his head on election night. And it's going to be as spectacular as a rainbow.

Not sure if that is true, but at least the Rev. Al is a whole lot smaller than he was. :)
