One document found on his computer was titled "Abducting and Cooking (Victim 1): A Blueprint," according to the complaint. The file also had the woman's birth date and other personal information and a list of "materials needed" - a car, chloroform and rope.
Why didn't Captain Obvious just wear a shirt that said "I'm planning on cooking women."

This seems awfully neatly packaged. All they need is a bow on his head.

Gilberto Valle sounds very well organized. Wonder if any sort of Excel "abducting and cooking" formulas are available?

But I'm curious as to what they can actually convict on. His lawyer will make a pretty strong case that it was fantasy. Was it really a conspiracy - did he have a partner actively engaged or was he just getting his rocks off writing on that perv site?

Clearly they have him nailed on unauthorized use of the database. Might be able to add a stalking charge, too. The computer files are pretty damning as far as a conspiracy, but what probable cause would they have had?

What about his recipe and secret sauce? No way this guy hadn't thought and planned out seasonings for a good rub.

I just wanted to quote this again to point out that he needed a list for three items.

He'd get a 3-for-1 if he stole the Tot Mom's car.
