Was so burned out on bologna as a kid.

1 thin slice was more than enough.....can't do it anymore and have zero desire

I take a bite of sandwich then shove a few chips in the mouth. It's a lot easier than having to deal with putting chips on a sandwich.

Ya get the same taste and crunch.

I forget the name of the place, but when I visited my friends at OSU we'd occasionally get this sandwich place that puts fries on them... which was great drunk food.

Was it BJs? They had some crazy sandwiches. Perfect for 2 in the morning.

LOL...was just thinking the same thing. This thread reminds me of summer's at my Grandma's house. She always had Old Fashioned Bologna though. Loved that stuff as a kid, but haven't had it recently. I'm gonna have to pick some up.

Off subject, but the grossest habit I had was taking a hunk of Swiss cheese....melting in it in a coffee cup and eating it with a spoon....greasy goodness
BBQ Chips on Isaly's </SPAN>Chip Chop Ham

On Saturday for lunch I made a </SPAN>Braunschweiger sandwich with lettuce, mayo and chips .... so good</SPAN></SPAN></SPAN>

This is factual...but not because I love Hamburger Helper. Everyone knows it's delicious.

Wes even keeps boxes of it in his trunk for years.

This. Fried bologna with spicy mustard, mayo, and salt & vinegar chips was the best.

I think even if I wasn't poor I would still have put chips on sandwiches just cause it tasted awesome.

I've never heard of chips on sandwiches. I loved peanut butter and jelly with Doritoes as a kid. I'm wondering now how they would taste in the sandwich.

We weren't poor, and I've always put chips on sandwiches. I had some Baked Doritos on my Chicken Salad today.
