Weeden has been playing well the last few weeks IMO. It's not his fault that the WRs are dropping TD passes and just "passes" in general. Yes, he's had his mistakes and bad throws, but that's expected...then again he's played well enough to be my guy going forward for the Browns, just need guys who can catch around him and bulk up the D. And get another coach.

Defense....several positions.

Linebacker is a glaring need....also, an edge rusher(not sure what the hell has happened to Sheard).

Oline needs some attention as well

Since the week 1 debacle he's had 9 TD's, 6 INT's and his passer rating, which I think it's a joke stat, has to be close to 90. QB is way down the list of this teams' needs going into 2013, most likely. Biggest need? Head Coach.

i don't know if they are focusing more on sheard this year because we have no other threats? but i would love Teo in the draft and a stud DE in free agency if there are any coming out. or maybe a saftey usama young is trash. i can play better at safety than this fool and i just had back surgery on wednesday. they should have keep david sims from the preseason so that dude could keep playing instead of trading him to the eagles.

Head coach is defintely the biggest need. Weeden had a bad 2nd half because Shurmur called fucking 40 yard passes every other play.

And when did T Rich leave the game? My power was out for about 10-15min. And is it just another rib injury or what?

scoring 13 points in a game hardly constitutes "having an offense", especially against the Colts.

I don't think he re-injured anything, he just wasn't healthy to begin with and obviously wasn't ready to come back.

Offense is playing well enough to win games, imo. Defense is letting this team down. Yeah, they might get some opportunitistic turnovers but when you're giving up almost 450 ypg on defense you have a MAJOR issue on that side of the ball.

And they came into today averaging 22 ppg on OFFENSE. That should be enough to win games.

True, but they only gave up 17 points....as ugly as it was...it should have been enough. A dropped touchdown and absolutely terrible playcalling is the culprit here.

Today they gave up 17 points. Up until today it was 27 ppg.

So its alright if the offense scores only 13 points, but not ok if the defense gives up 17 points?
League average for points per game:23 points
League average for points given up per game: 23 points

The Browns didnt lose because of the D...no matter how much you want to nut-hug Weeden. And I'm not saying he didnt play well, Im saying is your love with him is clouding your vision.

Bolded for TOTAL IRRELEVANCY. What consequence does what happened previously have on today's game?

The defense wasn't terrible, although they didn't play well, but the offense sucked. Playcalling and the offense are to blame.

Lol only in Cleveland do you hear this shit, man.

"If you just take out one game, he's been decent."

"our offense is playing well" 13 points against the lowly Colts

"our coach calls bad plays that make our QB look bad"

"I'm not going to blame it on the offense because they usually score 22 points a game."
