Did ncst ever beat both by 26+?? I don't know how good duke and UNC were back in the day. What about Samson's Virginia teams?

UNC was really good during Sampson's career. No way UVA ever beat the Heels by 25+.

Nope, but Duke did destroy Virginia by like 30 in Sampsons 82-83 season.Laley23;1385933 wrote:Did ncst ever beat both by 26+?? I don't know how good duke and UNC were back in the day. What about Samson's Virginia teams?

Northeastern won by 5 in OT.
Actually up about 60 bucks today.
Hoping that Alabama covers in this game and Nebraska covers over Penn State.

Watching No. 15 New Mexico and Vegas on NBC Sports. Rebels lead it big at the half, 37 to 23. The Thomas & Mack Center is hopping tonight.
Katin Reinhardt, whom I believe to be one of the more underrated shooters in the country, hit his last three triples to close the first stanza. I just love the kid's confidence. He's got some swagger to his game.
This would be a huge win for Vegas, which has lost two in a row coming into tonight.

UNLV/UNM has been really sloppy.
Hopefully UNM comes back.

Haha. I do enjoy the style of play they "attempt" to play. Admittedly, however, the hype I gave them early in the year hasn't exactly been lived up to. Anthony Bennett, Bryce Jones and Katin Reinhardt are exciting players, though. If their current projected NCAA seeding holds -- Lunardi's got 'em at an 8 -- I think the Rebels could be the most dangerous second round game out there for the top seeds, no matter whom they play. There is a lot of talent there.SportsAndLady;1385977 wrote:You love the UNLV rec

I want no part of UNLV in the tourney. I'd rather any other MWC team other than UNLV. I'd actually expect them to be around a 5/6 though. I think they get some wins and might very well take down the MWC Tourney.

And yet, if Lunardi's tournament started today, guess who would be playing UNLV in the second round? You guessed it. Indiana. Haha.Laley23;1385985 wrote:I want no part of UNLV in the tourney. Also, he has Kentucky playing UNLV in the 8/9 game, which could mean a crazy as hell Hoosiers-Wildcats round two bout. That'd be nuts. If history has told us anything, the selection committee will do its best to make that happen. I'd bet almost anything that Duke and Kentucky will be slated for a Sweet 16 matchup in some form or another.

UNLV was my pick for the final 4 early in the year. Extremely talented team

Sherman isn't "out", he's not very good. Nothing from Grant or Atkins at all tonight. Or Connaughton for that matter.
