Call me a homer, but I think this is the game where OSU finally puts it all together. Perfect setting: night game, home game, revenge factor after last season's meltown, against a defense that gives up a TON of yards.

Nebraska gave up a huge amount of yards in one game but haven't let anyone else over 300 total yards. OSU gave up a huge amount of yards in one game and every other team has gone over, or well over 300 yards this season. I think the idea that Nebraska's defense is swiss cheese is an anomaly.

Nebraska has a ton of playmakers on offense. MSU had Bell, an inconsistent QB and WRs who can't catch. Stop Bell, Stop MSU. Nebraska has Martinez, Burkhead, and Abdullah running the ball great and 3-4 receivers that can all take it to the house on any given play. OSU's defense will have their hands full as Nebraska isn't really a one trick pony like MSU.

I think Nebraska will be a bigger challenge than MSU. I'm hoping we don't turn the ball over and take advantage of playing at home.

I agree with the statement that Nebraska is much better than MSU on offense but on defense the opposite is true, MSU is much better. I've watched all but one of Nebraska's games, I haven't seen them play good defense in any of them, but offensively Martinez has looked really good (even throwing the ball) and Burkhead and Abdullah may be the best tandem of RB in the B1G and about as good as any in the country. They are a really nice combination of speed (Abdullah) and power (Burkhead) and throw in Martinez and they are tough to stop. I think OSU will score in the 30's, if they can just slow down Nebraska they will be ok.
