I was thinking the same dam thing

When they figure it out, hopefully they apply it to the Cowboys. I follow Skip Bayless on Twitter for the lolz. After the game, he was promoting First Take tomorrow, and how he and SAS will be debating Dwight Howard's future as a Laker. I think I'd rather step on a nail than listen to those two fools beat the dead horse.

Did they annouce the starters tonight? Please tell me Bosh didn't make it. I did see they went with six guys for the slam dunk contest. Don't they usually use four?

Cowboys and Lakers are the same in that they're a traditional power with a full-on media slob job about "Amurrka's Team" and "Showtime", so that they could both go 0-for the season and still get more coverage than half the teams in their leagues that make the playoffs.

I guess people are more happy with delusions of former greatness than they are with reality. Regardless of what Boston vs. L.A. has meant in the past, yesterday it was nothing more than two marginally mediocre and injury-plagued teams battling in the hopes of improving their chances of getting the eighth seed.

Lillard will probably outscore Kyrie. Kyrie put on his show last year, and it's an exhibition. I don't think there's any doubt if they were really drafting teams he would go #1.

A valid point RCF made for the choice of Lillard and Davis before Kyrie is he's participating in the 3pt contest and the actual All Star game. He already proved himself in the rookie challenge last year so he probably won't be going as hard or playing as many minutes because of his busy weekend.

Lakers were down 20 to the Bobcats with 5:00 left in the 3rd but went on to beat them by 7.

Kobe scoreless in the first half (1st time in 6 years) but went for 20 in the 2nd. Mullens went for 20/12

Last 4 games 59 shots for 123 points.

This would be a huge victory for the Lakers if they can pull it out

No way Wade was inbounds on that play. But the finish on the other end was sweet

He hasn't been a legit all star in a few years.

legit all-star to me = deserving of making team in any manner

Who would you have over him this year? Last year? The years before you cannot be serious.

Wade deserves to be an all star. Now a starter? Meh.

I guess I could understand it if you said he hasn't been a legit superstar but to say he's not even an all star is crazy talk!!!
