Anyone who thinks Nash is completely washed up doesn't watch the NBA. Sorry, it's that simple.

Nash was top 5 last year among point guards in wins added, 5th in value added, 1st in true shooting %, and 7th in PER. He almost led one of the worst teams in the conference to the brink of the playoffs in the West and was the only reason they were relevant.

My brain is scrambling to comprehend that garbage uttered a few posts above.

Mods, infract me if you must but FOOTWEDGE YOU ARE SO IGNORANT

Nash is the best shooter in the league HANDS down. I think he can play another 5+ yrs just being a spot up shooter.

And his workout/training/diet regimen is well documented and quite impressive. He's going to be effective as long as he wants to be in this league. Lakers need to let him run and do his thing.

Yea problem is, Nash won't have the ball much. Kobe has to have it...

And he's not in Phoenix anymore where they get 1000 shots a game.

Yeah. Of the players who played over 20 minutes a game and didn't play primarily in the post, Nash posted the 4th best true shooting percentage in the league last year behind Ginobili, Harden, and Brandon Rush.

EDIT: From those stats, Durant at 61% for how much he shoots is so damn impressive.

To be fair, the Mavs have 9 new players and were missing their 2 best players.....And Eddy Curry played a lot of minutes.

In the most surprising development of the season so far, Eric Gordon is out indefinitely with knee issues.
